We will consider part exchange providing your existing home is 30% lower in value than your new home and as long as it is freehold, built after 1946 and structurally sound. We will assess the current market value through a minimum of two independent valuations, after which we may make you an offer, subject to contract.
You will be kept fully informed right up to exchange of contracts when we will mutually agree a completion date - after which you will become the proud owner of a new Kier home.
