Fair Share
This scheme has proved very popular with first time buyers, as it allows you to buy 100% of your new home now, but only pay 85% of the value. The remaining 15% is loaned by Kier Homes interest free for the first 5 years and with a nominal annual interest rate charged over the next 5 years. The full loan amount needs to be repaid within 10 years. In accordance with mortgage requirements purchasers will need to pay a deposit of 5% of the 85% value of their new Kier Home.

First Buy
If you have a 5% deposit or greater, Kier Homes in conjunction with the government, can provide you with a equity loan of up to 20%, allowing you to obtain a 75% loan to value mortgage. This scheme is exclusively available for first time buyers with a household income of less than £60,000 looking to purchase properties up to the value of £280,000. (Terms and conditions apply)
